RYT BANK x KAMI HAIR GROUP 20% OFF CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Ryt Bank x Kami Hair Group 20% Off Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by YTL Digital Bank Berhad ("Ryt Bank / we / us / our") in collaboration with Kami Hair Group Sdn. Bhd. ("Kami Hair Group").
By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Campaign terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). You may seek clarification from us by contacting us if you have any queries in respect of these Campaign Terms.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD
1 November 2025 to 31 January 2026, both dates inclusive ("Campaign Period").

ELIGIBILITY

This Campaign is open to customers of Ryt Bank who, during the Campaign Period, have a valid Ryt Bank Account and an active Ryt Bank Visa Debit Card or Ryt QR payment access through the Ryt Bank App
(collectively, the "Eligible Customers" and each an "Eligible Customer").

The following categories of individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:
- customers whose Ryt Bank Account is terminated, closed, dormant, frozen, blocked, suspended, delinquent, or not in good standing during the Campaign Period;
- customers who have breached or are suspected to have breached any of these Campaign Terms or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Ryt Bank Account.

CAMPAIGN REWARDS AND MECHANICS

Eligible Customers may enjoy a 20% discount ("Reward") on selected Kami Hair Group services during the Campaign Period, subject to these Campaign Terms, including any specific conditions set out below (as may be updated by us from time to time with notice):

Conditions
- The Reward is applicable for Senior and Stylist services only. The Reward is not applicable for Director Cuts services.
- The Reward is applicable for both walk-in and pre-booked appointments, provided payment is made in-store using Ryt Bank Visa Debit Card or by Ryt Bank QR (DuitNow QR) at the participating outlet. Online bookings with online pre-payment are not eligible for the Reward.

The Reward is applicable at the following Kami Hair Group outlets only:
- SS2, Petaling Jaya
- Damansara Perdana
- Bangsar Village II
- Sandakan

Each Eligible Customer may enjoy the Reward multiple times throughout the Campaign Period, subject to outlet availability.

The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, vouchers, loyalty programmes, or discounts offered by Kami Hair Group.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Campaign Terms are in addition to and must be read with our General Terms, Specific Terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions as we may impose from time to time with prior notice (each available on our website at https://rytbank.my/general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of any inconsistency, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

Some capitalised terms used in this document have been defined in the General Terms or Specific Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time by giving you prior notice, via publication through any media, or any other mode as we may reasonably choose. Your continued participation after such notification means you have agreed to all such amendments. If you do not agree to the Campaign Terms (including any changes or amendments), you should immediately cease participation in this Campaign.

The records of transactions maintained by us and our decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive, and the same will be binding on you for all purposes.

We may, at our discretion and by giving notice to you, disqualify or reject you from participating in this Campaign if we have become suspicious of or aware of any fraudulent activity concerning your account.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

For campaigns involving third-party merchants (i.e., parties other than Ryt Bank), we are not an agent of the merchant and make no representation regarding the quality of goods or services provided. Any dispute concerning such goods or services shall be resolved directly between you and the merchant.

We shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.

We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform in whole or in part any of its obligations in these Campaign Terms due to:
- any act of God or any event beyond our reasonable control;
- technical failures of any kind, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human errors in the administration and/or processing of a transaction performed via the Ryt Bank App or payment terminals.

Subject to Applicable Laws, we, our officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third-party service providers engaged by us for purposes of this Campaign) will not be liable for any loss you or any other person may suffer in connection with the Campaign howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct specifically related to this Campaign.

We expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
