RYT AROUND THE WORLD 2025 SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAY CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ryt Around the World 2025 Social Media Giveaway Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by YTL Digital Bank Berhad ("Ryt Bank / we / us / our").

By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Campaign terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). You may seek clarification from us by contacting us if you have any queries in respect of these Campaign Terms.

  1. Campaign Period

    18 November 2025 10.00:00 to 31 December 2025 at 23:59:59 (MYT).

  2. Eligibility

    1. This Campaign is open to customers of Ryt Bank who, during the Campaign Period, have a valid Ryt Bank Account and made an Eligible Submission (defined below).

      (collectively, the "Eligible Participants" and each, an "Eligible Participant").

    2. The following categories of individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:

      1. customers whose Ryt Bank Account is terminated, closed, dormant, frozen, blocked, suspended, delinquent, or not in good standing during the Campaign Period;
      2. customers who have breached or are suspected to have breached any of these Campaign Terms or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Ryt Bank Account.
  3. Campaign Rewards and Mechanics

    1. Rewards:

      The top six (6) Eligible Submissions with the highest number of likes on each Platform (Instagram and TikTok) will win the following prizes ("Rewards"):

      1. Grand Prize (1 winner per platform): 3D2N Resident Package for two in Tropical Garden Villa at the Pangkor Laut Resort
      2. Consolation Prizes (5 winners per platform): English Afternoon Tea for two at the Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur
    2. Campaign Mechanics:

      1. To stand a chance to win the Reward, participants must complete all of the following actions on the Campaign announcement post published on Ryt Bank’s official Instagram account or TikTok account ("Eligible Submission").

        Instagram

        1. Follow Ryt Bank’s Instagram page (@rytbankmy);
        2. Like and comment ‘RytAroundtheWorld’ on the Campaign announcement post;
        3. Post a reel or photo showing where your Ryt Card has been with the hashtags #RytBank #RytAroundTheWorld #RytCard. For the avoidance of doubt, submissions must be published as posts on your profile, and any content posted as Stories or other temporary media shall not be eligible;
        4. Tag @rytbankmy in your post; and
        5. Ensure your Instagram profile remains set to public throughout the Campaign Period so that Ryt Bank can verify completion of the above actions.

        TikTok

        1. Follow Ryt Bank’s TikTok page (@rytbankmy);
        2. Like and comment ‘RytAroundtheWorld’ on the Campaign announcement post;
        3. Post a reel or photo showing where your Ryt Card has been with the hashtags #RytBank #RytAroundTheWorld #RytCard. For the avoidance of doubt, submissions must be published as posts on your profile, and any content posted as Stories or other temporary media shall not be eligible;
        4. Tag @rytbankmy in your post; and.
        5. Ensure your TikTok profile remains set to public throughout the Campaign Period so that Ryt Bank can verify completion of the above actions.
      2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that Ryt Bank may repost, reproduce, publish, or feature your submission (including any captions, images, or videos, whether in full or in part) on Ryt Bank’s official social media platforms and other marketing channels. Ryt Bank may edit or adapt the content as reasonably necessary for formatting or presentation purposes.

    3. Selection and Notification of Winners

      1. Winners will be selected from Eligible Submissions that have fulfilled all participation criteria, based on the total number of likes accumulated during the Campaign Period.
      2. The top six (6) participants per platform with the highest number of likes on their Eligible Submission will be shortlisted as winners.
      3. Winners will be announced during the first week of January 2026 via a reply to their comment on the Campaign announcement post. Winners must then send a direct message (DM) to Ryt Bank’s official Instagram account for identity verification before prize fulfilment.
      4. In the event Ryt Bank is unable to reach a shortlisted Winner within twenty-four (24) hours, including but not limited to not receiving a direct message from the shortlisted Winner to Ryt Bank after announcement pursuant to 3.3(c) above, not receiving a reply to a direct message from Ryt Bank or no confirmation of verification, the shortlisted Winner will be automatically disqualified, and Ryt Bank reserves the right to forfeit the Reward.
      5. Ryt Bank’s decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained after the Winners’ announcement.
    4. Reward Fulfilment

      1. Verified Winners will receive their Reward via email from the Ryt Bank team after the verification process is completed.

        By participating in this Campaign and submitting an Eligible Submission, Eligible Participants are deemed to have consented to Ryt Bank contacting them via the email address provided during verification for the purpose of Reward fulfilment.

      2. Ryt Bank reserves the right to request documentation or written proof of identification, age, and place of residence of the Eligible Participant for verification purposes to ensure compliance with these Campaign Terms.

      3. Ryt Bank will not ask for any banking details such as debit card number, Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC), account password, PIN or one-time password (OTP) from Winners to claim the Reward.

      4. The Reward is not refundable, not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Ryt Bank will not provide any replacement or substitute Reward if a winner rejects the Reward or requests an alternative option.

      5. All Eligible Participants shall be personally liable for any taxes, rates, government fees or other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any.

  4. Other Terms and Conditions

    1. These Campaign Terms are in addition to and must be read with our General Terms, Specific Terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions as we may impose from time to time with prior notice (each available on our website at https://rytbank.my/terms-and-conditions). In the event of any inconsistency, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

    2. Some capitalised terms used in this document have been defined in the General Terms or Specific Terms.

    3. We reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time by giving you prior notice, via publication through any media, or any other mode as we may reasonably choose. Your continued participation after such notification means you have agreed to all such amendments. If you do not agree to the Campaign Terms (including any changes or amendments), you should immediately cease participation of this Campaign.

    4. The records of transactions maintained by us and our decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive, and the same will be binding on you for all purposes.

    5. We may, at our discretion and by giving notice to you, disqualify or reject you from participating in this Campaign if we have become suspicious of or aware of any fraudulent activity concerning your account.

    6. In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

    7. For campaigns involving third-party merchants (i.e., parties other than Ryt Bank), we are not an agent of the merchant and make no representation regarding the quality of goods or services provided. Any dispute concerning such goods or services shall be resolved directly between you and the merchant.

    8. We shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.

    9. We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform in whole or in part any of its obligations in these Campaign Terms due to:

      1. any act of God or any event beyond our reasonable control;
      2. technical failures of any kind, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human errors in the administration and/or processing of a transactions performed via the Ryt Bank App.
    10. Subject to Applicable Laws, we, our officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by us for purposes of this Campaign) will not be liable for Loss you or any other person may suffer in connection with the Campaign howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct specifically related to this Campaign.

    11. We expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

    12. These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
