RYT BANK x SWISS DREAM CIRCUS – 20% OFF CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Ryt Bank x Swiss Dream Circus 20% Off Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by YTL Digital Bank Berhad (formerly known as Sea Capital Services Berhad) ("Ryt Bank", "we", "us", or "our") in collaboration with Le Tresor Legacy Ventures Sdn. Bhd. ("Swiss Dream Circus").

By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). For any questions, please contact us.

  1. Campaign Period

    4 – 24 August 2025 (both dates inclusive).

  2. Eligibility

    1. This Campaign is open to all new and existing individual Ryt Bank customers who, during the Campaign Period, hold a valid physical or virtual Ryt Bank Debit Card ("Ryt Card") (collectively, the "Eligible Customers", and each, an "Eligible Customer").
    2. The following customers are not eligible for this Campaign:
      1. Customers whose Ryt Bank Savings Account or Ryt Card is terminated, closed, dormant, frozen, blocked, suspended, delinquent, or otherwise not in good standing during the Campaign Period;
      2. Customers who have breached or are suspected to have breached these Campaign Terms or any other applicable terms and conditions of Ryt Bank.

  3. Campaign Rewards and Mechanics

    1. During the Campaign Period, Eligible Customers may enjoy 20% off selected Swiss Dream Circus ticket categories ("Reward") for selected dates, subject to the terms below:

      1. Payment must be made using a valid physical or virtual Ryt Card.

      2. The discount applies to show dates from 14 August 2025 to 24 August 2025, for the following ticket categories only:

        Note: CAT 4 and CAT 5 tickets are not eligible for the Reward.

      3. Tickets can be purchased online at myticket.asia or at the venue on show dates.

      4. For online purchases, enter promo code RYTSDC20 at checkout to enjoy the discount. A processing fee of RM3 per ticket applies to online purchases.

      5. The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash and is not valid with other ongoing promotions, vouchers, loyalty programs, or privilege cards.

      6. The Reward is not transferable and cannot be sold, auctioned, or otherwise disposed of.

      7. The Reward is not refundable.

      8. The Reward is not exchangeable for other goods or services.

      9. The Reward is not valid for any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

      10. The Reward is not valid for any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

      11. The Reward is not valid for any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

  4. Other Terms and Conditions

    1. These Campaign Terms are in addition to and must be read with our General Terms, Specific Terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions as we may impose from time to time with prior notice (each available on our website at https://rytbank.my/general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of any inconsistency, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
    2. Some capitalised terms used in this document have been defined in the General Terms or Specific Terms.
    3. We reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time by giving you prior notice, via publication through any media, or any other mode as we may reasonably choose. Your continued participation after such notification means you have agreed to all such amendments. If you do not agree to the Campaign Terms (including any changes or amendments), you should immediately cease participation of this Campaign.
    4. The records of transactions maintained by us and our decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive, and the same will be binding on you for all purposes.
    5. We may, at our discretion and by giving notice to you, disqualify or reject you from participating in this Campaign if we have become suspicious of or aware of any fraudulent activity concerning your account.
    6. In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
    7. For campaigns involving third-party merchants (i.e., parties other than Ryt Bank), we are not an agent of the merchant and make no representation regarding the quality of goods or services provided. Any dispute concerning such goods or services shall be resolved directly between you and the merchant.
    8. We shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.
    9. We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform in whole or in part any of its obligations in these Campaign Terms due to:
      1. any act of God or any event beyond our reasonable control;
      2. technical failures of any kind, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human errors in the administration and/or processing of a transactions performed via the Ryt Bank App.
    10. Subject to Applicable Laws, we, our officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by us for purposes of this Campaign) will not be liable for Loss you or any other person may suffer in connection with the Campaign howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct specifically related to this Campaign.
    11. We expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.
    12. These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
