BEON DIAMOND X RYT BANK CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 20 March 2026

This Campaign is organised by BEON Diamond Sdn. Bhd. ("BEON Diamond") in collaboration with YTL Digital Bank Berhad (Registration No. 202201037182 (1482879-P)) ("Ryt Bank").

  1. Campaign Period

    The Campaign shall commence on 20 March 2026 and end on 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive.

  2. Eligibility

    1. This Campaign is open to customers of Ryt Bank who have a valid Ryt Bank Account during the Campaign Period (collectively, the "Eligible Customers" and each an "Eligible Customer").

    2. The following categories of individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:

      1. customers whose Ryt Bank Account is terminated, closed, dormant, frozen, blocked, suspended, delinquent, or not in good standing during the Campaign Period;
      2. customers who have breached or are suspected to have breached any of these Campaign Terms or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Ryt Bank Account.
  3. Campaign Mechanics and Privileges

    1. During the Campaign Period, Eligible Customers may enjoy the following privileges at BEON Diamond ("Privileges"), subject to these Campaign Terms, including any specific conditions set out below (as may be updated by us from time to time with notice).

    2. Conditions:

      To enjoy the Privileges, Eligible Customers must:

      1. complete a qualifying in-store purchase at BEON Diamond* corresponding to the applicable Campaign Privilege during the Campaign Period as provided below. Online purchases, or purchases made through other sales channels are not eligible for this Campaign; and
      2. make payment for the qualifying purchase using a valid Ryt Bank payment method, via:
        1. Ryt Bank Debit Card ("Ryt Card");
        2. DuitNow QR payment via the Ryt Bank mobile application ("Ryt QR"); or
        3. Bank transfer from the customer's Ryt Bank Account.

      All payments must be successfully processed and charged to the customer's Ryt Bank payment method at the point of purchase.

      *BEON Diamond operates on an appointment-only basis. Eligible Customers are advised to arrange an appointment prior to visiting the store. For appointments and enquiries, please refer to the details below:

    3. Privileges:

      1. Privilege 1 — Ready-to-Wear Discount

        1. Eligible customers may enjoy fifteen percent (15%) discount on selected jewellery pieces under BEON Diamond's Signature Ready-to-Wear Edit.
        2. The discount is applicable only to qualifying ready-to-wear items determined by BEON Diamond.
      2. Privilege 2 — Platinum Ear Stud Promotion

        1. Eligible Customers who purchase one (1) BEON Platinum Ear Stud at original price may be entitled to a twenty-five percent (25%) discount on every additional Ear Stud purchased under BEON Diamond's "Build Your Platinum Capsule Collection" promotion.
      3. Privilege 3 — Personalisation Discount

        1. Eligible customers may enjoy fifteen percent (15%) discount on BEON Diamond personalisation services for custom-designed bespoke jewellery creations developed in collaboration with BEON Diamond's certified jewellery designers.
        2. All bespoke design consultations, final pricing and production timelines are subject to BEON Diamond's internal design process and approval.
      4. All Privileges are subject to BEON Diamond's applicable product availability and in-store terms.

  4. Other Terms and Conditions

    1. These Campaign Terms are in addition to and must be read with our General Terms, Specific Terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions as we may impose from time to time with prior notice (each available on our website at https://rytbank.my/general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of any inconsistency, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

    2. Some capitalised terms used in this document have been defined in the General Terms or Specific Terms.

    3. We reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time by giving you prior notice, via publication through any media, or any other mode as we may reasonably choose. Your continued participation after such notification means you have agreed to all such amendments. If you do not agree to the Campaign Terms (including any changes or amendments), you should immediately cease participation in this Campaign.

    4. The records of transactions maintained by us and our decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive, and the same will be binding on you for all purposes.

    5. We may, at our discretion and by giving notice to you, disqualify or reject you from participating in this Campaign if we have become suspicious of or aware of any fraudulent activity concerning your account.

    6. In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

    7. For campaigns involving third-party merchants (i.e., parties other than Ryt Bank), we are not an agent of the merchant and make no representation regarding the quality of goods or services provided. Any dispute concerning such goods or services shall be resolved directly between you and the merchant.

    8. We shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.

    9. We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform in whole or in part any of its obligations in these Campaign Terms due to:

      1. any act of God or any event beyond our reasonable control;
      2. technical failures of any kind, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human errors in the administration and/or processing of a transaction performed via the Ryt Bank App or payment terminals.
    10. Subject to Applicable Laws, we, our officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third-party service providers engaged by us for purposes of this Campaign) will not be liable for any loss you or any other person may suffer in connection with the Campaign howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct specifically related to this Campaign.

    11. We expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

    12. These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
