RYT BANK RYT CARD RM12 CASHBACK CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 23 April 2026
The Ryt Card RM12 Cashback Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by YTL Digital Bank Berhad ("Ryt Bank / we").
Your participation in this Campaign means you have read, understood, and agreed to the Campaign's terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). Please contact us for further clarification if you have any questions regarding these Campaign Terms.

Campaign Period
The Campaign runs from 23 April 2026, 12:00AM to 31 May 2026, 11:59PM.

Eligibility
-
This Campaign is open to the following individual Ryt Bank customers (collectively, "Eligible Customers", and individually, "Eligible Customer"):

New customers who have successfully registered for a Ryt Bank Account between 23 April 2026 and 23 May 2026 (inclusive of both dates); and
-
Existing customers with a valid Ryt Bank Account who have not previously ordered a physical Ryt Card before the Campaign Period.

The following categories of individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:

Customers whose Ryt Bank Savings Account or Ryt Card has been terminated, closed, dormant, frozen, blocked, suspended, delinquent, or not in good standing during the Campaign Period;

Customers who have breached or are suspected to have breached any of these Campaign Terms or any other applicable terms and conditions.

This Campaign is subject to a maximum Cashback allocation as determined by Ryt Bank ("Maximum Allocation"). Cashback will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the Maximum Allocation is reached, no customers will be eligible to receive Cashback, even if they meet the eligibility criteria and even if the Campaign Period has not ended.

Rewards and Campaign Details

To participate in this Campaign and be eligible for a one-time RM12.00 Cashback ("Reward"), Eligible Customers must complete the following during the Campaign Period:

Successfully order and activate a physical Ryt Card during the Campaign Period; and
-
Make and complete 5 Eligible Transactions using the physical Ryt Card by no later than 31 May 2026.

For the purposes of these Campaign Terms, "Eligible Transaction" means a transaction that meets all of the following criteria:
-
The transaction is a card-present, in-store retail transaction made using the Eligible Customer's physical Ryt Card;
-
The transaction amount meets the minimum spend of RM20; and
-
The transaction is not an excluded transaction under Clause 3.3 below.

For the avoidance of doubt, the following transactions are excluded from the eligibility criteria for Campaign rewards:

online transactions;
-
e-wallet top-ups;
-
cash withdrawals; and
-
transactions under excluded Merchant Category Codes (MCC). The MCC exclusion list is available here.

Each Eligible Customer is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Reward throughout the Campaign Period.

Cashback Crediting
-
The Reward will be credited to the Eligible Customer's Ryt Pocket only after the required Eligible Transactions have been completed.

We will endeavour to credit the Cashback to the Eligible Customer's Ryt Pocket promptly upon successful transaction completion, but the payment may take up to fourteen (14) Business Days or longer under certain circumstances due to technical disruptions, electrical failures, data processing system failures, or other failures beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable for any delay, and will not pay any compensation in relation to such delay.

If an Eligible Transaction is cancelled, reversed, voided, or refunded after the Cashback has been credited to the Eligible Customer's Ryt Pocket, the corresponding Cashback amount will be deducted from the Eligible Customer's Ryt Pocket.

If there is any dispute, claim, or appeal regarding the eligibility of a transaction to receive Cashback, or the amount of Cashback credited, the Eligible Customer must provide the relevant transaction proof if requested for further verification.

We reserve the right to adjust, deduct, or claw back any Cashback credited to an Eligible Customer's Account if we identify any error in relation to such crediting.

Other Terms and Conditions

These Campaign Terms must be read together with the General Terms, Specific Terms, and any other terms and conditions as may be prescribed by us from time to time upon prior notice (each available on our website at https://rytbank.my/terms-and-conditions). In the event of any conflict, these Campaign Terms shall prevail.

Capitalised terms in this document are as defined in the General Terms or Specific Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time upon prior notice to you, published in any media, or through any other appropriate means. If your participation continues after the issuance of such notice, it means you agree to all amendments. If you do not agree with the Campaign Terms (including any changes or amendments), you must immediately cease your participation in this Campaign.

Our transaction records and our decisions on all matters relating to this Campaign are final and binding on you for all purposes.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to notify you of the cancellation of your eligibility or to disqualify your participation in this Campaign if we suspect or detect any fraudulent activity in relation to your account.

In the event of any conflict between these Campaign Terms and any advertising, promotions, publicity, and other materials relating to this Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail.

We will not be liable for any misrepresentation or misstatement by third parties in relation to this Campaign published in any media, marketing materials, or advertising.

We will not be liable if we are unable to perform all or any part of our obligations under these Campaign Terms due to:
-
any natural disaster or any event beyond our reasonable control;
-
any technical failure, disruption, interference, and/or electronic or human error in administering and/or processing transactions made through the Ryt Bank Application.

Subject to Applicable Law, we and our officers, employees, representatives, and/or agents (including but not limited to any third-party service providers appointed for the purposes of this Campaign) will not be liable for any Loss suffered by you or any other individual in this Campaign, whether directly or indirectly, and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless it arises from our negligence or misconduct in this Campaign.

We expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties, or endorsements, whether express or implied, written or oral, including those published in any mass media, marketing materials, or advertising, and including any warranties relating to quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
