RYT BANK x MFL ON-GROUND EVENT CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Ryt Bank x MFL On-Ground Event Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by YTL Digital Bank Berhad ("Ryt Bank / we / us / our") in partnership with Malaysian Football League ("MFL") and Koppiku Sdn. Bhd. ("Koppiku").
By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Campaign terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). You may seek clarification from us by contacting us if you have any queries in respect of these Campaign Terms.

Campaign Period
This Campaign is valid exclusively at the 2nd Leg Quarter-Final of the 2025–26 Malaysia FA Cup, held at Stadium MBPJ on 29 October 2025 ("Event"), from 3.00PM to 9.00PM (or such other time period as may be determined and notified by us) ("Campaign Period").

Eligibility

This Campaign is open only to new-to-bank Ryt Bank customers who visit the Ryt Bank booth during the Event and meet the specific engagement requirements listed below ("Eligible Participants").

The following categories of individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:
- existing customers of Ryt Bank;
- customers whose Ryt Bank Account is terminated, closed, dormant, frozen, blocked, suspended, delinquent, or not in good standing; and
- customers who have breached or are suspected to have breached any of these Campaign Terms or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Ryt Bank Account.

Campaign Rewards and Mechanics

Engagement 1: On-the-Spot Activation
- Each Eligible Participant who downloads the Ryt Bank app and successfully registers and activates a Ryt Bank Account on-site at the Event during the Campaign Period will receive one (1) free MFL match ticket for the following match ("MFL Reward"):
- Date : 22 November 2025
- Fixture : Selangor FC vs Kelantan TRW FC
- Venue : Stadium Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ), Selangor
- The MFL Reward is limited to the first 100 successful activations, on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
- Each qualified participant is entitled to one (1) MFL Reward only.
- The MFL Reward will be emailed to the qualified participants approximately one (1) week prior to the match date.
- The MFL Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used with other promotions. We reserve the right to substitute the MFL Reward with that of similar value at any time.
- Each Eligible Participant who downloads the Ryt Bank app and successfully registers and activates a Ryt Bank Account on-site at the Event during the Campaign Period will receive one (1) free MFL match ticket for the following match ("MFL Reward"):

Engagement 2: Scan & Activate Later
- Alternatively, Eligible Participants may register their details with event promoters and will receive a unique QR code for app download and activation.
- Each Eligible Participant who downloads the Ryt Bank app and successfully registers and activates a Ryt Bank Account using the unique QR code by no later than 1 November 2025, 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time) will receive one (1) free Koppiku beverage voucher ("Koppiku Reward").
- The Koppiku Reward is limited to the first 200 successful activations, on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
- Each qualified participant is entitled to one (1) Koppiku Reward only.
- The Koppiku Reward will be emailed to the qualified participants within two (2) weeks after the Event.
- The Koppiku Reward is valid for in-store redemption only at all Koppiku outlets nationwide. The full list of participating outlets can be found here.
- The Koppiku Reward cannot be exchanged for cash, used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, and is not valid for online orders, food items, or third-party delivery platforms. We reserve the right to substitute the Koppiku Reward with that of similar value at any time.

Other Terms and Conditions

These Campaign Terms are in addition to and must be read together with Ryt Bank’s General Terms, Specific Terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions as we may impose from time to time with prior notice (each available at https://rytbank.my/general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of any inconsistency, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

Some capitalised terms used in this document have been defined in the General Terms or Specific Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time by giving you prior notice, via publication through any media, or any other mode as we may reasonably choose. Your continued participation after such notification means you have agreed to all such amendments. If you do not agree to the Campaign Terms (including any changes or amendments), you should immediately cease participation of this Campaign.

The records of transactions maintained by us and our decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive, and the same will be binding on you for all purposes.

We may, at our discretion and by giving notice to you, disqualify or reject you from participating in this Campaign if we have become suspicious of or aware of any fraudulent activity concerning your account.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

For campaigns involving third-party merchants (i.e., parties other than Ryt Bank), we are not an agent of the merchant and make no representation regarding the quality of goods or services provided. Any dispute concerning such goods or services shall be resolved directly between you and the merchant.

We shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.

We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform in whole or in part any of its obligations in these Campaign Terms due to:
- any act of God or any event beyond our reasonable control; or
- technical failures of any kind, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human errors in the administration and/or processing of a transactions performed via the Ryt Bank App.

Subject to Applicable Laws, we, our officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by us for purposes of this Campaign) will not be liable for Loss you or any other person may suffer in connection with the Campaign howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct specifically related to this Campaign.

We expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

These Campaign Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
