RYT BANK RYT AI REWARD CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Ryt Bank Ryt AI Reward Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by YTL Digital Bank Berhad (formerly known as Sea Capital Services Berhad) ("Ryt Bank / we / us / our").

By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Campaign terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). You may seek clarification from us by contacting us if you have any queries in respect of these Campaign Terms.

1. Campaign Period

18/08/2025, 12:00 AM to 30/09/2025, 11:59 PM.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Campaign is open to all new and existing individual customers of Ryt Bank who have, during the Campaign Period:

a. An active Ryt Bank Savings Account; and

b. performed an Eligible Transaction (defined below).

(collectively, the "Eligible Customers" and each, an "Eligible Customer").

2.2 The following categories of individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:

a. customers whose Ryt Bank Savings Account is terminated, closed, dormant, delinquent, or not in good standing during the Campaign Period;

b. customers who have breached or are suspected to have breached any of these Campaign Terms or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Ryt Bank Savings Account.

2.3 The Campaign is capped at total redemptions of RM250,000 ("Maximum Cap"), allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the Maximum Cap is reached, no customers will be eligible for the Ryt AI Reward (as defined below).

3. Campaign Mechanics and Rewards

3.1 Subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, all Eligible Customers are entitled to a RM1.00 cashback reward upon completing an Eligible Transaction during the Campaign Period ("Ryt AI Reward").

3.2 Each Eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of five (5) Ryt AI Rewards, regardless of the number of Eligible Transactions performed, during the Campaign Period.

3.3 To qualify for the Ryt AI Reward, Eligible Customers must perform any of the following transactions using Ryt AI feature, with a minimum transaction amount of RM10.00 ("Eligible Transactions"):

a. External Transfer: Transfer funds from your Ryt Bank account to another bank using the Ryt AI feature.

b. Intrabank Transfer: Transfer funds from your Ryt Bank account to another Ryt Bank user's account using the Ryt AI feature. Any transfers made to and within your own Ryt Bank account(s) (including Save Pockets) shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions.

c. Bill Payments via JomPAY: Make a bill payment using JomPAY through the Ryt AI feature (When JomPAY is made available in the app).

3.4 Below are the illustrations of the eligibility for receiving the Campaign Reward.

A customer using the Ryt AI feature to transfer money from their Ryt Bank account to another bank's account. Example: Customer A sends RM20 from her Ryt Bank account to her friend's Maybank account.This transaction qualifies as an Eligible Transaction for the Ryt AI Reward. Customer A will get an RM1 reward.
A customer transferring funds to another Ryt Bank user, but not to their own accounts. Example: Customer B sends RM30 from his Ryt Bank savings account to his friend's Ryt Bank account. Since this is a peer-to-peer (P2P) transfer, it qualifies for the campaign reward.This transaction qualifies as an Eligible Transaction for the Ryt AI Reward. Customer B will get an RM1 reward.
A customer transferring funds to another Ryt Bank user, but not to their own accounts and the transfer amount is below the minimum required transfer limit. Example: Customer C sends RM5 from his Ryt Bank savings account to his friend's Ryt Bank account.This user is not eligible for the Ryt AI Reward as the transfer amount is below the minimum requirement of RM10. Customer C will not get RM1 reward.
A customer transferring funds within his own Ryt Bank account. Example: Customer D transfers RM50 within his own Ryt Bank account (e.g., from the user's own main Savings Account to Save Pockets or between Save Pockets).This user is not eligible for the Ryt AI Reward as the transaction is not an external or a P2P transaction. Customer D will not get any reward.
A customer making TNB bill payment using JomPAY via Ryt AI feature. Example: Customer E uploads screenshot of their TNB bill to Ryt AI, which automatically extracts the bill details (biller code and account number) and initiates a RM36 payment to TNB via JomPAY.This user is eligible for Ryt AI Reward, as this is considered a JomPAY Bill payment with Ryt AI. Customer E will get an RM1 reward.
A customer making Unifi bill payment via regular online banking transfer. Example: Customer F pays RM89 to Unifi by making an online banking payment through Unifi app.This user is not eligible for the Ryt AI Reward as the bill payment is not made via Ryt AI feature. Customer F will not get any reward.

3.5 The Ryt AI Reward will generally be credited to the Eligible Customer's Ryt Bank Save Pocket (Ryt Pocket) immediately upon the completion of the Eligible Transaction. However, in exceptional cases, the crediting process may take up to fifteen (15) Business Days from the date of completion of Eligible Transaction.

4. Other Terms and Conditions

4.1 These Campaign Terms are in addition to and must be read with our General Terms, Specific Terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions as we may impose from time to time with prior notice (each available on our website at https://rytbank.my/general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of any inconsistency, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

4.2 Some capitalised terms used in this document have been defined in the General Terms or Specific Terms.

4.3 We reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time by giving you prior notice, via publication through any media, or any other mode as we may reasonably choose. Your continued participation after such notification means you have agreed to all such amendments. If you do not agree to the Campaign Terms (including any changes or amendments), you should immediately cease participation of this Campaign.

4.4 The records of transactions maintained by us and our decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive, and the same will be binding on you for all purposes.

4.5 We may, at our discretion and by giving notice to you, disqualify or reject you from participating in this Campaign if we have become suspicious of or aware of any fraudulent activity concerning your account.

4.6 In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

4.7 We shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.

4.8 We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform in whole or in part any of our obligations in these Campaign Terms due to:

a. any act of God or any event beyond our reasonable control;

b. technical failures of any kind, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human errors in the administration and/or processing of transactions performed via the Ryt Bank App.

4.9 Subject to Applicable Laws, we, our officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by us for purposes of this Campaign) will not be liable for Loss you or any other person may suffer in connection with the Campaign howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct specifically related to this Campaign.

4.10 We expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

4.11 These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
