RYT BANK RYT PAYLATER DOMESTIC CASHBACK CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 23 April 2026

The Ryt PayLater Cashback Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by YTL Digital Bank Berhad ("Ryt Bank / we / us / our").

By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Campaign terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). You may seek clarification from us by contacting us if you have any queries in respect of these Campaign Terms.

  1. Campaign Period

    This campaign runs from 23rd April 2026 ("Campaign Start Date") and shall continue until such date as may be determined and notified by us.

  2. Eligibility

    1. This Campaign is open to all individual customers of Ryt Bank who have a Ryt PayLater Account approved on or after Campaign Start Date and have a valid Ryt PayLater Account during the Campaign Period.

      (collectively, the "Eligible Customers" and each, an "Eligible Customer").

    2. The following categories of individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:

      1. customers whose Ryt Bank Savings Account or Ryt PayLater Account is terminated, closed, dormant, frozen, blocked, suspended, delinquent, or not in good standing during the Campaign Period;

      2. customers who have breached or are suspected to have breached any of these Campaign Terms or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Ryt PayLater Account.

    3. The Campaign is subject to a maximum allocation of cashback determined by Ryt Bank ("Maximum Allocation"). Cashback will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the Maximum Allocation has been fully utilised, no customers will be eligible for the cashback.

  3. Campaign Rewards and Mechanics

    1. Rewards

      1. Eligible Customers shall be eligible to receive 1.2% Cashback on Eligible Transactions (defined below).

        1. Eligible Customers may receive 2.4% Cashback on selected Eligible Transactions made with selected participating partners. The list of participating partners can be found here.
      2. Eligible Customers may qualify for cashback for each Eligible Transaction performed during the Campaign Period, subject to a maximum cashback limit of RM5.00 per month.

      3. "Eligible Transactions" shall mean payments with Ryt PayLater selected as the source of funds made to merchants in Malaysia using

        (i) DuitNow QR; and

        (ii) the Eligible Customer's physical Ryt Card or virtual Ryt Card via Google Pay at point-of-sale terminals;

        and excludes transactions classified under the Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) listed here ("Ineligible Transactions"). Illustrative examples of such Ineligible Transactions are set out in Table 1 below:

        1. Wallet & Stored Value Top-Ups

        Transactions involving the loading of funds into digital wallets or stored value accounts will not be eligible.
        (a) Reloading RM200 into your Touch 'n Go eWallet
        (b) Topping up RM100 into ShopeePay
        (c) Adding funds to your GrabPay Wallet
        2. Gambling & Lottery

        Any transactions related to gambling, betting, or lottery services are not eligible.
        (a) Placing bets via an online sportsbook
        (b) Purchasing lottery tickets
        (c) Spending at a casino, online or in-person
        (d) Buying chips at a gaming venue
        3. Quasi-Cash Transactions

        Transactions that result in cash-equivalent value (such as gift cards, crypto, or gambling chips) are excluded.
        (a) Buying a gift card online
        (b) Purchasing cryptocurrency through a trading platform
    2. Crediting of Cashback

      1. The cashback for each respective Eligible Transaction shall be credited to the Eligible Customer's Ryt Pocket upon successful transaction settlement.

      2. While we will endeavour to disburse the cashback to the Eligible Customer's Ryt Pocket immediately upon successful transaction settlement, the disbursement may take up to fourteen (14) Business Days or longer in exceptional circumstances due to technical disruptions, electrical failures, data processing system failures or other failures beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any delays, nor shall any compensation be payable in connection with such delays.

      3. Cashback amounts are rounded down to two (2) decimal places, and must be at least RM0.01 to be credited to Eligible Customer's Ryt Pocket. For the avoidance of doubt, any Cashback amount less than RM0.01 shall be forfeited.

      4. If an Eligible Transaction is cancelled, reversed, voided, or refunded after the cashback has been credited to the Eligible Customer's Ryt Pocket, the corresponding cashback amount shall be deducted from the Eligible Customer's Account.

      5. If there is any dispute, claim, or appeal regarding whether a transaction is eligible for Cashback, or the amount of cashback credited (or debited pursuant to Clause 3.2 (d) above), the Eligible Customer shall provide proof of the relevant transaction upon request for our further review.

      6. There shall be no retrospective allocation or reallocation of cashback in relation to deductions made under Clause 3.2(d) or disputes under Clause 3.2(e).

      7. We reserve the right to adjust, deduct, or reclaim any cashback credited to the Eligible Customer's Account in the event we become aware of any error in connection with such crediting.

  4. Other Terms and Conditions

    1. These Campaign Terms are in addition to and must be read with our General Terms, Specific Terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions as we may impose from time to time with prior notice (each available on our website at https://rytbank.my/terms-and-conditions). In the event of any inconsistency, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

    2. Some capitalised terms used in this document have been defined in the General Terms or Specific Terms.

    3. We reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time by giving you prior notice, via publication through any media, or any other mode as we may reasonably choose. Your continued participation after such notification means you have agreed to all such amendments. If you do not agree to the Campaign Terms (including any changes or amendments), you should immediately cease participation of this Campaign.

    4. The records of transactions maintained by us and our decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive, and the same will be binding on you for all purposes.

    5. We may, at our discretion and by giving notice to you, disqualify or reject you from participating in this Campaign if we have become suspicious of or aware of any fraudulent activity concerning your account.

    6. In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

    7. We shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.

    8. We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform in whole or in part any of its obligations in these Campaign Terms due to:

      1. any act of God or any event beyond our reasonable control;

      2. technical failures of any kind, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human errors in the administration and/or processing of a transactions performed via the Ryt Bank App.

    9. Subject to Applicable Laws, we, our officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by us for purposes of this Campaign) will not be liable for Loss you or any other person may suffer in connection with the Campaign howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct specifically related to this Campaign.

    10. We expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

    11. These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
