RYT BANK REFERRAL CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 21 May 2026

The Ryt Bank Referral Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by YTL Digital Bank Berhad ("Ryt Bank / we / us / our").

By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Campaign terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). You may seek clarification from us by contacting us if you have any queries in respect of these Campaign Terms.

  1. Campaign Period

    21 May 2026 to 31 December 2026 (both days inclusive).

  2. Eligibility

    1. Referrer: To be eligible for a Reward (defined below) under this campaign, a Referrer shall satisfy the following conditions:

      1. have a valid Ryt Bank Account. The following categories of individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:

        1. customers whose Ryt Bank Account or Ryt Card is terminated, closed, dormant, frozen, blocked, suspended, delinquent, or not in good standing during the Campaign Period;

        2. customers who have breached or are suspected to have breached any of these Campaign Terms or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Ryt Bank Account.

      2. make at least one Successful Referral.

    2. "Successful Referral" means a referral made by a Referrer where a Referee:

      1. uses the Referrer's invite link or code to sign up for a Ryt Bank Account and successfully opens and activates a Ryt Bank Account; and

      2. completes a Qualifying Transaction (defined below) during the relevant Period.

    3. Referee: To be eligible for a Reward under this Campaign, a Referee must:

      1. use a valid invite code to complete the onboarding process and successfully open and activate a Ryt Bank Account; and

      2. complete a Qualifying Transaction during the Campaign Period.

    4. "Qualifying Transaction" means any of the following transactions performed by the Referee using the Ryt AI feature, with a minimum transaction amount of RM10.00:

      1. External Transfer: Transfer funds from your Ryt Bank account to another bank.

      2. Intrabank Transfer: Transfer funds from your Ryt Bank account to another Ryt Bank user's account. Any transfers made to and within your own Ryt Bank account(s) (including Save Pockets) shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions.

      3. Bill Payments via JomPAY: Make a bill payment using JomPAY.

  3. Campaign Rewards

    1. Eligible participants may be eligible for the following rewards ("Reward"), subject to these Campaign Terms:

      1. Referrer: A Referrer may receive a randomised cash reward amount of up to RM50 for each Successful Referral.

      2. Referee: A Referee will receive a randomised cash reward amount of up to RM50 upon successfully opening and activating a Ryt Bank Account using a valid invite link or code.

        A Referee who did not enter an invite code at the point of account creation may be allowed to submit a valid invite code within a grace period, subject to Ryt Bank's discretion. Where such submission is accepted, any applicable Reward shall be credited to the Referee's Ryt Pocket upon verification of the valid invite code, subject to Clause 3.2(b).

    2. Crediting of Reward:

      1. For Successful Referrals, the Reward shall generally be credited to:

        1. The Referee's Ryt Pocket upon successful Qualifying Transaction;

        2. The Referrer's Ryt Pocket upon a Referee's Successful Referral.

      2. While we will endeavour to disburse the Reward immediately upon a successful Qualifying Transaction or Successful Referral, the disbursement may take up to fourteen (14) Business Days or longer in exceptional circumstances due to technical disruptions, electrical failures, data processing system failures or other failures beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any delays, nor shall any compensation be payable in connection with such delays.

    3. The Campaign is subject to a maximum allocation of Rewards determined by Ryt Bank ("Maximum Allocation"). Rewards will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the Maximum Allocation has been fully utilised, no customers will be eligible for the Reward.

    1. Invite links or codes may be shared by Referrers or issued directly by Ryt Bank as part of campaigns or promotional activities.

    2. An invite code is considered invalid if:

      (i) the code does not match any existing or active referral code generated by Ryt Bank;

      (ii) you use your own invite code (self-referral); or

      (iii) you use an invite link or code from your Referee.

      1. Valid code

      User A shares his referral code with User B.

      User B signs up using User A's referral code within the campaign period or grace period and fulfils all campaign requirements.

      In this scenario, the referral is considered valid.

      Subject to meeting all campaign conditions, both User A and User B will be eligible to receive the referral reward.
      Valid
      2. Mismatched code

      User A invites User B to sign up for Ryt Bank.

      However, during sign-up, User B enters a referral code that does not belong to User A or is invalid, expired, or not part of the campaign.

      In this scenario, the referral will not be attributed to User A.

      User B's sign-up will be treated as non-referred, and no referral reward will be issued to either party.
      Invalid
      3. Self-referral

      User A signs up for Ryt Bank and attempts to use his own referral code during or after registration.

      In this scenario, self-referral is not permitted, and no referral reward will be issued.
      Invalid
      4. Referral from Referee

      User A signs up for Ryt Bank organically without using any referral code during the campaign period.

      User A then shares his referral code with User B.

      User B signs up using User A's referral code and becomes a successful referee of User A.

      After signing up, User B shares his own referral code back to User A.

      In this scenario, although User A signed up without a referral code and is within the grace period to enter one, User A will not be eligible to use User B's referral code to receive a referral reward, because User B is already User A's referee.
      Invalid

      (iv) Ryt Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deactivate, suspend or cancel any invite link or code at any time, including where Ryt Bank reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, misuse, or non-compliance with these Campaign Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.

    1. Referrer: By participating in this Campaign and sharing your invite link or code, you acknowledge and consent to the disclosure of your limited personal data, specifically, your name, to any persons using your invite link or code.

    2. Referee: By using a Referrer's invite link or code to join Ryt Bank, you acknowledge and consent to the disclosure of your limited personal data, specifically, your name, to the Referrer. If you do not wish for your personal data to be visible to the Referrer, you should not use the Referrer's invite link or code.

  4. Other Terms and Conditions

    1. These Campaign Terms are in addition to and must be read with our General Terms, Specific Terms (each available on our website at https://rytbank.my/general-terms-and-conditions), Privacy Notice (available on https://www.rytbank.my/privacy-notice) and any other relevant terms and conditions as we may impose from time to time with prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

    2. Some capitalised terms used in this document have been defined in the General Terms or Specific Terms.

    3. We reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time by giving you prior notice, via publication through any media, or any other mode as we may reasonably choose. Your continued participation after such notification means you have agreed to all such amendments. If you do not agree to the Campaign Terms (including any changes or amendments), you should immediately cease participation of this Campaign.

    4. The records of transactions maintained by us and our decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive, and the same will be binding on you for all purposes.

    5. We may, at our discretion and by giving notice to you, disqualify or reject you from participating in this Campaign if we have become suspicious of or aware of any fraudulent activity concerning your account.

    6. In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

    7. For campaigns involving third-party merchants (i.e., parties other than Ryt Bank), we are not an agent of the merchant and make no representation regarding the quality of goods or services provided. Any dispute concerning such goods or services shall be resolved directly between you and the merchant.

    8. We shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.

    9. We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform in whole or in part any of its obligations in these Campaign Terms due to:

      1. any act of God or any event beyond our reasonable control;

      2. technical failures of any kind, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human errors in the administration and/or processing of a transactions performed via the Ryt Bank App.

    10. Subject to Applicable Laws, we, our officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by us for purposes of this Campaign) will not be liable for Loss you or any other person may suffer in connection with the Campaign howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct specifically related to this Campaign.

    11. We expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

    12. These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
