RYT INVEST 1% BONUS CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 28 May 2026

The Ryt Invest 1% Bonus Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by YTL Digital Bank Berhad ("Ryt Bank / we / us / our").

By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Campaign terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). You may seek clarification from us by contacting us if you have any queries in respect of these Campaign Terms.

  1. Campaign Period

    28 May 2026, 11:00 AM to 31 Aug 2026, 11:59 PM

  2. Eligibility

    1. This Campaign is open to all new and existing individual customers of Ryt Bank who have

      1. successfully completed the Ryt Invest onboarding process and are eligible to use Ryt Invest; and

      2. have not initiated an investment to any funds on Ryt Invest before the Campaign Period.

      (collectively, the "Eligible Customers" and each, an "Eligible Customer").

    2. The following categories of individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:

      1. customers whose Ryt Account is terminated, closed, dormant, frozen, blocked, suspended, delinquent, or not in good standing during the Campaign Period;

      2. customers who have breached or are suspected to have breached any of these Campaign Terms or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Ryt Account or Ryt Invest.

  3. Campaign Rewards

    1. Eligible Customers may receive a 1% bonus return per annum on their daily Assets Under Management (AUM) ("Bonus Return") for a period of ninety (90) consecutive days ("Bonus Period"), subject to the Campaign Mechanics set out below.

  4. Campaign Mechanics

    1. To qualify for the Bonus Return, you must:

      1. initiate your first investment into any of the three (3) eligible funds available on Ryt Invest ("Eligible Wealth Funds") during the Campaign Period; and

      2. have such investment successfully processed and reflected in your Wealth fund account balance.

    2. For the purposes of determining eligibility for this Campaign:

      1. "Initiation" means the date and time you tap "invest" or submit the buy order request through Ryt Invest, regardless of when the funds are processed or settled.

      2. Investments initiated within the Campaign Period but successfully processed after the Campaign Period end date will still qualify for this Campaign, provided the initiation occurred on or before.

    3. Bonus Period

      1. The Bonus Period shall commence from the date the first investment is successfully processed, not from the date of initiation.

      2. "Successfully Processed" means a transaction has been completed, confirmed, and reflected in the Eligible Customer's Wealth fund account balance. Eligible Customers will receive confirmation notification when processing is complete.

      3. Subsequent investments during the Bonus Period will not restart, reset, or extend the Bonus Period.

    4. Calculation and Crediting of Bonus Return

      1. The Bonus Return is calculated daily based on your total AUM in the Eligible Wealth Funds as at the relevant valuation time.

      2. "Assets Under Management" or "AUM" means the total value of your investments in the Eligible Wealth Funds.

      3. AUM snapshot values are provided to Ryt Bank daily on Business Days. For weekends and public holidays, the last available Business Day AUM value will be used as no data is transmitted during these periods.

      4. The daily Bonus Return calculation formula is as follows:

        Daily Bonus Return* = (Daily AUM × 1% per annum) ÷ 365 days

        *Daily Bonus Return amounts are rounded down to two (2) decimal places.

      5. The Bonus Return for each calendar week (Monday to Sunday) shall be credited to your Ryt Pocket on a weekly basis and disbursed in the subsequent week following the end of the relevant calendar week.

      6. To continue earning the Bonus Return on any given day, you must maintain a positive balance in your Eligible Wealth Funds, and the total Bonus Return for each calendar week must be at least RM0.01 to be credited to your Ryt Pocket. For the avoidance of doubt, any weekly Bonus Return amount less than RM0.01 shall be forfeited.

        Scenario A - Full Withdrawal and Re-funding

        • If you fully withdraw all funds from your Eligible Wealth Funds such that your AUM equals RM0, your Bonus Return earnings will immediately pause.
        • To resume earning the Bonus Return after a full withdrawal, you must make a new investment into any Eligible Wealth Fund within their remaining Bonus Period.
        • The Bonus Period continues counting down even while your Eligible Wealth Funds is fully withdrawn and will not reset, restart, or extend upon re-funding.

        Scenario B - Weekly Bonus Return Below Minimum Threshold

        • Week 1 (Mon-Sun): Your daily AUM is RM300 throughout the week.
        • Daily calculation: (RM300 × 1%) ÷ 365 = RM0.0082 per day (rounded down to RM0.00)
        • Weekly total: RM0.00 × 7 days = RM0.00
        • Result: No Bonus Return is credited to your Ryt Pocket for this week.

      7. While we will endeavour to disburse the Bonus Return as scheduled, disbursement may take up to fourteen (14) Business Days or longer in exceptional circumstances due to technical disruptions, electrical failures, data processing system failures or other failures beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any delays, nor shall any compensation be payable in connection with such delays.

      8. We reserve the right to adjust, deduct, or reclaim any Bonus Return credited to the Eligible Customer's Account in the event we become aware of any error in connection with such crediting.

      9. The Campaign is subject to a maximum allocation of Bonus Return determined by Ryt Bank ("Maximum Allocation"). Bonus Return will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the Maximum Allocation has been fully utilised, no customers will be eligible for the Bonus Return.

  5. General Disclosures

    1. The Bonus Return does not guarantee overall positive returns on investments or protect against market losses. The Bonus Return is separate from and in addition to any investment returns or losses from the underlying Wealth funds.

    2. This Campaign does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to invest in any specific fund or amount. Eligible Customers should conduct their own due diligence and research before making investment decisions.

  6. Other Terms and Conditions

    1. These Campaign Terms are in addition to and must be read with our General Terms, Specific Terms (including specific terms and conditions applicable to Ryt Invest), and any other relevant terms and conditions as we may impose from time to time with prior notice (each available on our website at https://www.rytbank.my/general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of any inconsistency, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

    2. Some capitalised terms used in this document have been defined in the General Terms or Specific Terms.

    3. We reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time by giving you prior notice, via publication through any media, or any other mode as we may reasonably choose. Your continued participation after such notification means you have agreed to all such amendments. If you do not agree to the Campaign Terms (including any changes or amendments), you should immediately cease participation of this Campaign.

    4. The records of transactions maintained by us and our decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive, and the same will be binding on you for all purposes.

    5. We may, at our discretion and by giving notice to you, disqualify or reject you from participating in this Campaign if we have become suspicious of or aware of any fraudulent activity concerning your account.

    6. In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

    7. We shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.

    8. We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform in whole or in part any of its obligations in these Campaign Terms due to:

      1. any act of God or any event beyond our reasonable control;

      2. technical failures of any kind, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human errors in the administration and/or processing of a transactions performed via the Ryt Bank App.

    9. Subject to Applicable Laws, we, our officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by us for purposes of this Campaign) will not be liable for Loss you or any other person may suffer in connection with the Campaign howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct specifically related to this Campaign.

    10. We expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

    11. These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
