RYT INVEST – INVEST FAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 16 July 2026
The Ryt Invest – Invest Fair Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by YTL Digital Bank Berhad ("Ryt Bank / we / us / our").
By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Campaign terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). You may seek clarification from us by contacting us if you have any queries in respect of these Campaign Terms.

Eligibility
-
This Campaign is open to customers of Ryt Bank who have
-
successfully completed the Ryt Invest onboarding process and are eligible to use Ryt Invest; and
-
have attended a qualifying in-person event and successfully submitted the webform to participate in this Campaign via the QR code provided at such event.
(collectively, the "Eligible Customers" and each, an "Eligible Customer").

The following categories of individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:

customers whose Ryt Account is terminated, closed, dormant, frozen, blocked, suspended, delinquent, or not in good standing during the Campaign Period;

customers who have breached or are suspected to have breached any of these Campaign Terms or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Ryt Account or Ryt Invest.

Campaign Rewards

Each Eligible Customer who satisfies all the requirements set out in Clause 4 shall receive a cash reward of RM50 ("Reward").

Each Eligible Customer shall only be eligible to receive one (1) Reward under this Campaign, regardless of the number of qualifying fund-ins made.

Campaign Mechanics

To qualify for the Reward, you must:
-
fund in an aggregate amount of not less than RM3,000 ("Minimum Fund Amount") into Ryt Invest (Income Fund and/or Gold Fund only, in any combination) during the Campaign Period (the fund(s) into which the Funded Amount is invested, the "Relevant Funds"); and
-
maintain the Minimum Fund Amount in the Relevant Funds continuously from the date of fund-in until 31 July 2026 (the "Holding Period"), provided no withdrawal is made that reduces your cumulative invested capital in the Relevant Funds below the Minimum Fund Amount. For the avoidance of doubt, fluctuations in the value of your investment in the Relevant Funds due to market performance during the Holding Period will not affect your eligibility for the Reward, provided no withdrawal is made that reduces your cumulative invested capital below the Minimum Fund Amount.
Illustration 1 - Value reduction due to market movement (no disqualification)
A customer funds in RM3,000 into Ryt Invest (Gold Fund) on 17 July 2026. Due to market movement, the value of the customer's investment falls to RM2,700 by 31 July 2026. As no withdrawal was made, the customer remains eligible for the Reward, notwithstanding that the value of the investment fell below RM3,000 during the Holding Period.
Illustration 2 - Withdrawal during the Holding Period (disqualification)
A customer has no pre-existing balance in Ryt Invest prior to the Campaign Period. During the Campaign Period, the customer funds in RM1,000 into Ryt Invest (Gold Fund) and RM2,000 into Ryt Invest (Income Fund) on 18 July 2026, for a total funded amount of RM3,000. On 25 July 2026, the customer withdraws RM500 from the Income Fund. As this withdrawal reduces the customer's cumulative invested capital across Ryt Invest to RM2,500 - below the Minimum Fund Amount of RM3,000 - the customer will not be eligible for the Reward.
Illustration 3 - Withdrawal of pre-existing balance (no disqualification)
A customer already holds RM5,000 in Ryt Invest (Gold Fund) prior to the Campaign Period. During the Campaign Period, the customer funds in an additional RM3,000 (Gold Fund). On 25 July 2026, the customer withdraws RM5,000 from the Gold Fund. As this withdrawal does not reduce the cumulative invested capital below the Minimum Fund Amount, the customer remains eligible for the Reward.
Illustration 4 - Withdrawal exceeding pre-existing balance (disqualification)
Using the same facts as Illustration 3, the customer instead withdraws RM6,000 from the Gold Fund on 25 July 2026. As the pre-existing balance of RM5,000 is insufficient to cover this withdrawal, the excess RM1,000 is deemed to reduce the cumulative invested capital below the Minimum Fund Amount, bringing it below RM3,000. The customer will not be eligible for the Reward.

The Reward will be credited into your Ryt Pocket within fourteen (14) Business Days from the end of the Holding Period, upon confirmation that you have met all the requirements above.

While we will endeavour to disburse the Reward within the stated timeframe, the disbursement may take longer in exceptional circumstances due to technical disruptions, electrical failures, data processing system failures or other failures beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any delays, nor shall any compensation be payable in connection with such delays.

We reserve the right to adjust, deduct, or reclaim any Reward credited from the Eligible Customer's Account in the event we become aware of any error in connection with such crediting.

The Campaign is subject to a maximum allocation of cashback determined by Ryt Bank ("Maximum Allocation"). Cashback will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the Maximum Allocation has been fully utilised, no customers will be eligible for the cashback.

General Disclosures

The Reward does not guarantee overall positive returns on investments or protect against market losses. The Reward is separate from and in addition to any investment returns or losses from the underlying Wealth funds.

This Campaign does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to invest in any specific fund or amount. Eligible Customers should conduct their own due diligence and research before making investment decisions.

Other Terms and Conditions

These Campaign Terms are in addition to and must be read with our General Terms, Specific Terms (including specific terms and conditions applicable to Ryt Invest), and any other relevant terms and conditions as we may impose from time to time with prior notice (each available on our website here). In the event of any inconsistency, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

Some capitalised terms used in this document have been defined in the General Terms or Specific Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time by giving you prior notice, via publication through any media, or any other mode as we may reasonably choose. Your continued participation after such notification means you have agreed to all such amendments. If you do not agree to the Campaign Terms (including any changes or amendments), you should immediately cease participation of this Campaign.

The records of transactions maintained by us and our decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive, and the same will be binding on you for all purposes.

We may, at our discretion and by giving notice to you, disqualify or reject you from participating in this Campaign if we have become suspicious of or aware of any fraudulent activity concerning your account.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

We shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.

We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform in whole or in part any of its obligations in these Campaign Terms due to:

any act of God or any event beyond our reasonable control;
-
technical failures of any kind, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human errors in the administration and/or processing of a transactions performed via the Ryt Bank App.

Subject to Applicable Laws, we, our officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by us for purposes of this Campaign) will not be liable for Loss you or any other person may suffer in connection with the Campaign howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct specifically related to this Campaign.

We expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
