PESTLE MORTAR X RYT BANK JERSEY 20% OFF CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 1 October 2026

The 20% Off Pestle Mortar x Ryt Bank Jersey Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by YTL Digital Bank Berhad ("Ryt Bank / we / us / our") in collaboration with Pencil Produce Sdn. Bhd. ("Pestle Mortar").

By participating in this Campaign, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Campaign terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). You may seek clarification from us by contacting us if you have any queries in respect of these Campaign Terms.

  1. Campaign Period

    1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 (both dates inclusive) ("Campaign Period")

  2. Eligibility

    1. This Campaign is open to all customers of Ryt Bank.

      (collectively, the "Eligible Customers" and each, an "Eligible Customer").

  3. Campaign Rewards and Mechanics

    1. Rewards

      1. Subject to these Campaign Terms, Eligible Customers will receive 20% off the listed retail price of eligible Pestle Mortar x Ryt Bank limited-edition jerseys ("Reward").

        (i) The Reward is limited to one (1) eligible jersey per email address registered with Pestle Mortar.

    2. Mechanics

      1. To enjoy the Reward, Eligible Customers must, during the Campaign Period:

        (i) select the Pestle Mortar x Ryt Bank limited-edition jersey on the Ryt Bank x Pestle Mortar collection page at https://pestlemortarclothing.com/collections/pestle-mortar-x-ryt-bank;

        (ii) apply promo code "PMCRYT20" at checkout; and

        (iii) successfully complete payment with a valid Ryt Card.

      2. Eligible Customers must enter the promo code correctly at checkout before completing payment. The promo code cannot be applied retrospectively.

      3. The Reward applies to the product price only. Delivery charges, taxes and other applicable fees are excluded unless otherwise stated by Pestle Mortar.

      4. The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit and is non-transferable.

      5. The Reward cannot be used together with other promotional codes, discounts, vouchers or offers unless otherwise stated by Pestle Mortar.

      6. The Reward only applies to eligible Pestle Mortar x Ryt Bank limited-edition jerseys displayed on the designated Pestle Mortar webpage, and is subject to the availability of the relevant designs and sizes. No reservation of stock is permitted.

      7. If an eligible transaction is cancelled, reversed or refunded, the promo code will not be reinstated and the Reward will not be available for any subsequent purchase.

  4. Other Terms and Conditions

    1. Ryt Bank does not manufacture, stock, sell, deliver or fulfil the jerseys. The eligible jerseys are sold by Pestle Mortar, and the Reward is administered solely by Pestle Mortar, including the validation and application at checkout. All purchases, payments, deliveries, exchanges, returns, refunds, product warranties and customer service matters will be handled directly by Pestle Mortar, subject to Pestle Mortar's Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms and policies, available at https://pestlemortarclothing.com/.

    2. These Campaign Terms are in addition to and must be read with our General Terms, Specific Terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions as we may impose from time to time with prior notice (each available on our website at https://rytbank.my/general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of any inconsistency, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

    3. Some capitalised terms used in this document have been defined in the General Terms or Specific Terms.

    4. We reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time by giving you prior notice, via publication through any media, or any other mode as we may reasonably choose. Your continued participation after such notification means you have agreed to all such amendments. If you do not agree to the Campaign Terms (including any changes or amendments), you should immediately cease participation in this Campaign.

    5. The records of transactions maintained by us and our decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive, and the same will be binding on you for all purposes.

    6. We may, at our discretion and by giving notice to you, disqualify or reject you from participating in this Campaign if we have become suspicious of or aware of any fraudulent activity concerning your account.

    7. In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

    8. We shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.

    9. We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform in whole or in part any of our obligations in these Campaign Terms due to:

      1. any act of God or any event beyond our reasonable control;

      2. technical failures of any kind, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human errors in the administration and/or processing of transactions performed via the Ryt Bank App.

    10. Subject to Applicable Laws, we, our officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by us for purposes of this Campaign) will not be liable for Loss you or any other person may suffer in connection with the Campaign howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct specifically related to this Campaign.

    11. We expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

    12. These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
