RYT BANK RPL CARD X RM5 SHOPEE VOUCHER CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 5 June 2026
The Ryt Bank RPL Card x RM5 Shopee Voucher Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by YTL Digital Bank Berhad ("Ryt Bank / we / us / our") in collaboration with Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Shopee").
By participating in this Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Campaign terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). You may seek clarification from us by contacting us if you have any queries in respect of these Campaign Terms.

Campaign Period
5 June 2026, 5:00PM – 30 June 2026, 11:59PM (both dates inclusive).

Eligibility
-
This Campaign is available only to selected customers who are eligible to access the Campaign through the Ryt Bank application.
(collectively, the "Eligible Customers" and each, an "Eligible Customer").

The following categories of individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:
-
customers whose Ryt Bank Account or Ryt Card is terminated, closed, dormant, frozen, blocked, suspended, delinquent, or not in good standing during the Campaign Period;
-
customers who have breached or are suspected to have breached any of these Campaign Terms or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Ryt Bank Account.

The Campaign is subject to a maximum allocation of cashback determined by Ryt Bank ("Maximum Allocation"). Cashback will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the Maximum Allocation has been fully utilised, no customers will be eligible for the voucher.

Campaign Mechanics and Reward

To be eligible for the reward under this Campaign, customers must fulfil all of the following conditions ("Qualifying Conditions") during the Campaign Period:
-
successfully enable Ryt PayLater on their Ryt Card (physical or virtual);
-
make a minimum spend of RM30 in a single transaction on Shopee Malaysia using their Ryt Card with Ryt PayLater selected as the source of funds; and
-
ensure that the transaction above is successfully completed.

Customers who fulfil all Qualifying Conditions may be entitled to one RM5.00 Shopee voucher during the Campaign Period ("Reward").

The Shopee voucher code will be made available on the Campaign page within the Ryt Bank application once the customer has been verified as eligible. Customers are responsible for retrieving the voucher code before the end of the Campaign Period and utilising the voucher code by the expiry date stated.
While we will endeavour to make the voucher code available immediately upon a successful qualifying transaction, it may take up to fourteen (14) Business Days or longer in exceptional circumstances due to technical disruptions, electrical failures, data processing system failures or other failures beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any delays, nor shall any compensation be payable in connection with such delays.

Each Eligible Customer is only entitled to claim one (1) Reward under this Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, this applies regardless of the number of Shopee accounts held by the Eligible Customer or the number of qualifying transactions made during the Campaign Period.

The Reward is non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined or exchanged for a voucher of higher value.

The Reward can only be used in a single checkout transaction. Any unused balance will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

The voucher is valid until its stated expiry date. For the avoidance of doubt, the voucher will become invalid once expired, and no extensions will be granted.

Use of the Reward on the Shopee platform shall be subject to Shopee's terms and conditions, including Shopee Voucher Terms. For further information, please refer to the Shopee Voucher Terms available at https://help.shopee.com.my/portal/4/article/163108-Shopee-Voucher-Terms. In particular, the Reward is not applicable for ShopeePay wallet top-ups, SPayLater bill payments or any Shopee Financial Services, and purchases of items from the following categories or sellers:
(i) Infant Milk (0–6 months)
(ii) Follow-on Milk (6–12 months)
(iii) Tickets & Vouchers
(iv) Jewellery
(v) Mobile Reloads & SIM Cards
(vi) Gaming Top-ups
(vii) Selected Electronic Products
(viii) Selected New Launch Products
(ix) S-Mart Milo
(x) Products from One or Not by Shopee Store, MMA Foundation Store, Shopeegivesback Store
(xi) PETRONAS & Setel Fuel Cards, Gift Cards, and E-Vouchers

Other Terms and Conditions

These Campaign Terms are in addition to and must be read with our General Terms, Specific Terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions as we may impose from time to time with prior notice (each available on our website at https://www.rytbank.my/general-terms-and-conditions). In the event of any inconsistency, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

Some capitalised terms used in this document have been defined in the General Terms or Specific Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms or terminate this Campaign at any time by giving you prior notice, via publication through any media, or any other mode as we may reasonably choose. Your continued participation after such notification means you have agreed to all such amendments. If you do not agree to the Campaign Terms (including any changes or amendments), you should immediately cease participation of this Campaign.

The records of transactions maintained by us and our decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive, and the same will be binding on you for all purposes.

We may, at our discretion and by giving notice to you, disqualify or reject you from participating in this Campaign if we have become suspicious of or aware of any fraudulent activity concerning your account.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

For campaigns involving third-party merchants (i.e., parties other than Ryt Bank), we are not an agent of the merchant and make no representation regarding the quality of goods or services provided. Any dispute concerning such goods or services shall be resolved directly between you and the merchant.

We shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any third party in respect of this Campaign offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising material.

We shall not be liable if we are unable to perform in whole or in part any of its obligations in these Campaign Terms due to:

any act of God or any event beyond our reasonable control;
-
technical failures of any kind, intervention, interruptions and/or electronic or human errors in the administration and/or processing of a transactions performed via the Ryt Bank App.

Subject to Applicable Laws, we, our officers, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by us for purposes of this Campaign) will not be liable for Loss you or any other person may suffer in connection with the Campaign howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and whether reasonably foreseeable or not, unless due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct specifically related to this Campaign.

We expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
