SK MAGIC 3 MONTHS FREE RENTAL WITH RYT BANK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 1 July 2026

This Promotion is organised and administered by SK Intellix Malaysia Sdn Bhd (formerly SK Magic Retails Malaysia Sdn Bhd) ("Company" / "SK magic") in collaboration with YTL Digital Bank Berhad ("Ryt Bank").

By participating in this Promotion, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions").

  1. Promotion

    This Promotion shall be known as "SK magic 3 months free rental with Ryt Bank" ("Promotion"). The customer who purchases an eligible rental plan of the Company within the Promotional Period and makes payment using a valid Ryt Bank card ("Ryt Card") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall be entitled to a waiver of three (3) consecutive monthly rental fees following the completion of the qualifying payment.

  2. Organizer

    This Promotion is organized and administered by SK Intellix Malaysia Sdn Bhd (formerly SK Magic Retails Malaysia Sdn Bhd) ("Company") in collaboration with YTL Digital Bank Berhad ("Ryt Bank"). The Company shall have full control over and assumes sole responsibility and liability for the conduct, administration, and execution of the Promotion.

  3. Promotion Period

    The Promotion is valid only within 1 July 2026 until 6 September 2026, both dates inclusive ("Promotional Period"). Purchases made outside the Promotional Period shall not be eligible for the Promotion. The Company reserves the right to start, extend, shorten, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

  4. Eligibility

    1. Resident of Malaysia.

    2. Purchase on rental, excluding membership or outright purchase.

    3. Applicable to specific SK magic plans only.

    4. User of a Ryt Card.

    5. Purchase must be made within the Promotional Period.

    6. Purchase is made on the Company's website https://skmagicofficial.my/ or at authorised SK magic outlets and agents.

  5. Campaign Mechanics

    1. Customers may complete their purchase through the Company's website (https://skmagicofficial.my/) by selecting the "SK magic 3 Months Free Rental with Ryt Bank" promotional offer. Alternatively, for purchases made at SK magic retail outlets, authorised SK magic agents are able to manually apply the Promotion on behalf of the customer.

    2. The initial payment made at the point of purchase must be made using a valid Ryt Card, and such payment shall constitute the first month's payment under this Promotion.

    3. Following successful installation, customers are required to continue making payments using the Ryt Card for the next two (2) consecutive months.

    4. To qualify for the Promotion, customers must ensure that the first three (3) consecutive monthly payments, commencing from the month of purchase, are successfully processed and charged to the Ryt Card, with no missed payments.

    5. SK magic reserves the right to verify that all required payments have been duly made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

    6. Subject to successful verification, SK magic shall waive the monthly rental fees for the subsequent three (3) months (i.e. the 4th, 5th and 6th monthly payments from the date of purchase) following the completion of the qualifying payments.

    7. Failure to meet the above payment requirements may result in disqualification from, or forfeiture of, the Promotion benefits.

    8. Customers who failed, missed or used another type of payment method will be immediately disqualified for this campaign.

      This Promotion may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated by SK magic.

  6. Participation and Eligibility Verification

    Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Company may require proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility. False, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any reward or prize.

  7. Technology and Network Issues

    The Company shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions, network congestion, system errors, server downtime, device issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect participation, registration, rewards issuance, or communication, including but not limited to Ryt Bank app or payment-system issues.

  8. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

    The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, including any associated rewards, prizes, or mechanics, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Participants will not be entitled to compensation or claims arising from such changes, unless required by law.

  9. Data and Privacy

    By participating, the participant consents to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data by the Company for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, issuing rewards, and conducting lawful marketing (opt-out options may be provided where applicable). Data handling will be in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and related regulations as amended from time to time, and the Company's internal policies.

  10. Liability and Disclaimers

    The Company shall not be liable for:

    1. Any loss of opportunities, indirect or consequential losses, or damages arising from participation.

    2. Any third-party products, services, or experiences awarded as prizes, except where required by law.

    3. Any misinterpretation of the campaign mechanics or terms by participants.

  11. This Promotion and its Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The Company reserves the right to comply with any directives or requirements issued by relevant authorities, including the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, or any other statutory body, which may affect the structure or execution of the Promotion.

  12. Dispute Resolution

    Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall, where possible, be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia located in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.

    For the avoidance of doubt, all complaints, queries, or disputes relating to the Promotion, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, fulfilment of rewards, and promotional mechanics, shall be directed to and managed by SK Intellix. Separately, all complaints, queries, or disputes relating to Ryt Bank products and services, including but not limited to card usage, payment processing, billing, or account-related matters, shall be directed to and managed by Ryt Bank. Each party shall be solely responsible for addressing and resolving matters within its respective scope, and customers are required to contact the appropriate party for assistance.

  13. Amendments and Updates

    The Company may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will generally be effective immediately upon publication through the official channels of SK Intellix Malaysia, unless otherwise stated. Participants are advised to review the latest version of the Terms and Conditions regularly.

  14. Acknowledgment by Participants

    By participating in this Promotion, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of this Promotion, and the individual rental contract for each individual product purchased. In the event of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the individual rental contract, the Terms and Conditions herein shall supersede the rental contract whenever relevant.
